Exercise of options and PDMR dealing

 

Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that on 18 June 2024, Andrew Smith, Chief
Finance Officer and David Miles, Operations Director, both PDMRs, exercised
share options over 451,409 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
and Deferred Share Bonus Plan as detailed below.

 

Subsequent to the exercise of the share options, on 20 June 2024, Andrew Smith
has sold 99,697 Ordinary Shares and David Miles has sold 149,527 Ordinary
Shares at an average price of 361 pence per Ordinary Share in order to satisfy
tax liabilities resulting from the exercise of the above-mentioned options.
