McMillan Shakespeare Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in the provision of salary packaging, novated leasing, disability plan management and support co-ordination, asset management and related financial products and services. Its segments include Group Remuneration Services, Asset Management Services and Plan and Support Services. Group Remuneration Services segment provides administrative services in respect of salary packaging and facilitating motor vehicle novated leases for customers and ancillary services associated with motor vehicle novated lease products, including the provision of novated lease finance. Asset Management Services segment provides financing and ancillary management services associated with motor vehicles, commercial vehicles and equipment with operations in Australia and New Zealand. Plan and Support Services segment provides plan management and support coordination services to participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
