Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the leader in business-critical
services, announces that, it was notified on 23 May 2024 that, following the
purchase of 3,422,809 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") on 22 May 2024 at a price of £5.48 per Ordinary Share,
Lord Michael Ashcroft, a non-executive director of Marlowe, now holds a
beneficial interest in 15,310,170 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.81 per
cent. of the Group's issued share capital.

The notification below, made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse
Regulation, provides further details.

The Company also announces that it was notified on 23 May 2024 that Alex Dacre
no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Group.
