Manx Financial Group PLC (the "Company")

 

Scrip Share Price

 

 

On 25 April 2024, the Company declared a dividend of 0.4551 pence per Ordinary
Share ("Dividend") payable on 24 June 2024 to Holders of Ordinary Shares
("Shareholders") recorded on the register on 17 May 2024.

 

The Company has offered Shareholders the opportunity to receive the Dividend
in new Ordinary Shares instead of cash and the final election date is 7 June
2024 at 5.00 p.m.

 

The share price for the Dividend has been determined as 19.00 pence per share.
This has been calculated taking the lowest daily Volume Weighted Average Price
("VWAP") recorded by the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange plc
during the period of twenty (20) dealing days prior to (and including) the
ex-dividend date (capped at a 20% discount to the VWAP of the Ordinary Shares
on the ex-dividend date).

 

The process for electing to participate in the scheme is detailed in the Scrip
Dividend Circular which was posted to Shareholders on 8 May 2024 and is also
available on the investor page of the Company's website
