Notice of Results

 

 

Further to the announcement made on 8 May the Board are pleased to confirm
that the newly appointed Auditors, Gravita II LLP ("Gravita") have made
substantial progress in their work.

 

The Company will announce its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2024
on 3 September 2024.

 

A webcast presentation for analysts will be held at 10am UK time on the day.
