Makpetrol AD Skopje is a Macedonia-based company active in the petrochemical industry. The Company is organized into three sectors, including Trade network, Production of oil and oil products, and Broadcasting. Through this division, the Company is engaged in the retail and wholesale of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas and petroleum products, such as aviation fuel, biofuel, lubricants and heating oils; operating a network of petrol and LPG stations; the production of biofuels; operating Television TELMA; transportation and logistics services; operating two hotels in Struga and Mavrovo, as well as in the development of smart card technologies under the name VERNA. The Company operates such subsidiaries, as Makpetrol Telma DOO, Sampion Makpetrol DOO, Prom-gas DOO, Makpetrol doo, based in Serbia and Petrolmak, based in Georgia.
