Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
(PDMR)

M&G plc (the 'Company') announces that, on 19 June 2024, Edward Braham,
Chair, and a person closely associated to him, Isabel Braham, respectively
purchased 24,600 and 14,800 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
