Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

LondonMetric Property Plc ("Company") announces that the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024, the Notice of Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy are being sent to shareholders today and
are available for viewing on the Company's website at

The Notice of AGM is contained within the Annual Report and Accounts, and all
of the above documents have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism at

The Company previously announced its Annual Results for the year ended 31
