Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 21 February 2025 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the £25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
of Lloyds Banking Group plc.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with
the prospectus dated 22 March 2024, as supplemented by the supplementary
prospectuses dated 24 April 2024, 25 July 2024, 23 October 2024 and 19
November 2024 relating to the above-mentioned programme (the "Prospectus").
