Profile Summary
Li-FT Power Ltd. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium pegmatite projects located in Canada. The Company's flagship project is the Yellowknife Lithium Project located in Northwest Territories, Canada. The Yellowknife Lithium Project is comprised of mineral leases that cover the majority of the lithium pegmatites that make up the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province. The Company also has a 100% interest in the DeStaffany, LDG, and Mackay Lithium Projects, located in the Northwest Territories, Canada. It also holds three early-stage exploration properties (Rupert, Pontax and Moyenne) in Quebec, Canada with the potential for the discovery of buried lithium pegmatites, as well as the Cali Project in the Northwest Territories within the Little Nahanni Pegmatite Group. The Rupert Project is a greenfield lithium pegmatite exploration play located in the James Bay region of Quebec, Canada and covers 141,572 hectares.
