LendInvest successfully closes debt financing transaction

 

LendInvest plc (AIM: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading
platform for mortgages, today announces that it has successfully closed a
three-year strategic funding facility to the value of £42.5 million with a
global alternative investment manager.

 

Proceeds from the transaction will be used to refinance an existing
short-term, Buy-to-Let and Residential mortgages funding facility.
