Profile Summary
Legion Capital Corporation is a private equity company, which is focused on specialized lending to small and medium sized companies and real estate developers. The Company provides bridge funding, acquisition finance, development and growth capital in a customized and expeditious manner, addresses a market segment of small business lending that is under-served by banks and institutions. The Company serves its investors and broker dealer community through a suite of diversified equity and debt investment products non-correlation to traditional financial markets, and defined liquidity dates. It has financed the development of four communities in the Greater Orlando Tourist Corridor. This area covers 180 acres and contains 1,000 housing units. The Company has financed the development of luxury home development in the upscale Lake Nona area in southeast Orlando. It also has backed a developer building a full-service medical campus in Lake County, Florida, near northwest of Orlando.
