Legend Power Systems Inc. is a Canada-based company, which provides an intelligent energy management platform that analyzes and improves building energy challenges, impacting asset management and corporate performance. The Company's segments include Legend Power Systems Canada and Legend Power Systems Corp. - U.S. The Company markets a patented device (the SmartGATE) which is an active power management system which corrects incoming electricity power quality in real time on a cycle-by-cycle basis. SmartGATE's modular and extensible design, particularly its software-driven controller, and multiple component topology, enables it to address power quality issues. It also markets a power quality monitoring device called SmartGATE Insights, which is used to measure power quality conditions. These patented technology platforms are used in the SmartGATE Insights Power Impact Assessment Service, which assesses incoming power issues and translates this data into business impact.
