Profile Summary
Latrobe Magnesium Limited is an Australia-based company, which is developing a magnesium production plant in Victoria's Latrobe Valley using its patented extraction process. The Company intends to extract and sell magnesium metal and cementitious material from industrial fly ash, which is a waste resource from Yallourn brown coal power generation. The Company's byproduct includes supplementary cementitious material (SCM), silica, char, iron oxide and calcium carbonate. It plans to sell the refined magnesium under long-term contracts to United States customers.
