The Company provides digital security and convergent media solutions for the delivery of digital and interactive content, as well as consulting services. Its activities are structured into two segments: Integrated Digital Television (iDTV) and Public Access. The iDTV segment provides integrated solutions, including open conditional access solutions allowing digital TV operators and content providers to operate TV services on a secure platform. The Public Access segment, represented by SKIDATA, provides physical access control systems and ticketing services for ski lifts, car parks, stadiums, concert halls and events. In addition, the Company offers cybersecurity services in the area of Internet of Things (IoT). The Company operates globally through its subsidiaries and affiliates.
