Kelsian Group Limited is an Australia-based integrated multi-modal transport provider and tourism operator. The Company’s segments include Marine and Tourism, Australian Bus and International Bus. Marine and Tourism segment operates vehicle and passenger ferry services, barging, coach tours and package holidays, lunch, dinner and charter cruises and accommodation facilities throughout Australia. Australian Bus segment operates metropolitan public bus services on behalf of governments in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide, as well as services in regional Western Australia primarily servicing the resources sector. It operates charter bus services in the Northern Territory. International Bus segment operates or participates in the operation of metropolitan public bus services on behalf of governments in the Channel Islands and Singapore. It also operates charter coaches for corporate, local and federal government and educational sectors in the United States.
