In addition it operates through Gremi Media SA z o o and operates Jupiter SA. The main shareholder of the Company is KCI Park Technologiczny Krowodrza SA, a unit of Gremi Sp z o o, and Gremi Sp z o o. It merged with Gremi Inwestycje SA.
