K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC

Change of Auditor

K3, the provider of business-critical software solutions focused on fashion
and apparel brands, is pleased to announce that, following a competitive
tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed
appointment of Crowe LLP ("Crowe") as the Company's Auditor for the financial
year ending 30 November 2024. The ongoing appointment will be subject to
approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

 

BDO LLP ("BDO"), the Company's auditor since 2006, has resigned and confirmed
to the Company that there are no matters connected with ceasing to hold office
that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the
Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006. The Board
takes this opportunity to extend its appreciation to BDO for its services as
K3's auditor.
