Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company",
or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the
world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the
transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme
announced

on 31 July 2024.

 

From 26 August 2024 up to and including 30 August 2024 a total of 136,766
shares were repurchased at an average price of €13.1894 on Euronext
Amsterdam, a total of 37,630 shares were repurchased at an average price of
€13.1946 on Cboe DXE and a total of 10,690 shares were repurchased at an
average price of €13.1979 on Turquoise. Following the settlement of the
above transactions, the Company will hold 16,012,748 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 30 August 2024, the total consideration for shares
repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to €12,451,120.
