Just Eat Takeaway.com AGM adopts all resolutions

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS:
TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just
Eat Takeaway.com", has today approved all proposals on the agenda, including
the adoption of the annual accounts for the financial year 2023.

The voting results of the adopted resolutions will be published on the website
of Just Eat Takeaway.com within five working days. The adopted resolutions
also include the appointment of Ms. Mayte Oosterveld as Chief Financial
Officer and member of the Management Board as well as the appointment of Mr.
Ernst Teunissen as member of the Supervisory Board.

A copy of the voting results will be submitted to the UK Financial Conduct
Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at
 https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) . The draft minutes
will be made available on the Company's website within three months.
