Profile Summary
Jubilant FoodWorks Limited is a food service company. The Company is engaged in retail sales of food through international and homegrown brands addressing different food market segments. International brands include Domino’s Pizza, Dunkin’ Donuts and Popeyes. For Domino’s Pizza, the Company has rights to open and operate Domino’s Pizza Restaurants in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. In India, it has a network of approximately 1,995 Domino’s restaurants across 421 cities. It operates 42 Popeyes restaurants in 15 cities and 31 Dunkin’ restaurants across 10 cities. In Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries, which has approximately 50 and 28 restaurants respectively. Hong’s Kitchen’ is the first owned restaurant brand of the Company operating in the Chinese cuisine segment which has 28 restaurants across six cities. Its subsidiaries include Jubilant FoodWorks Lanka (Private) Ltd, Jubilant FoodWorks Bangladesh Ltd., and others.
