The Company's investment objective is to provide a dividend income, together with the potential for long-term capital growth from a diversified portfolio of emerging markets investments. The Company invests in any particular market, sector or country in the global emerging markets universe and there are no fixed limits on portfolio construction. The Company will not invest more than 15% of gross assets in any one company at the time of investment. Its portfolio of investments includes sectors, such as financials, information technology, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, communication services, industrials, materials, utilities, energy, real estate, and healthcare. The Company’s investment manager is JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited. JPMorgan Funds Limited acts as the alternative investment fund manager of the Company.
