Transaction in own shares

 

Johnson Matthey Plc ("JM" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 110 (49)/(53) pence each from
Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") on the London Stock Exchange as part
of its buyback programme, commencement of which was announced on 3(rd) July
2024 (the "Programme").

 

 Date of purchase:                               12 September 2024

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  141,423

 Lowest price paid per share:                    1,577.00p

 Highest price paid per share:                   1,591.00p

 Average price paid per share:                   1,586.53p

 

The Company will cancel the purchased shares.
