Profile Summary
JM AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development of housing and residential areas, primarily in the Nordic region. The Company is engaged in the acquisition of development properties, planning, pre-construction, production and sales of residential units, with its main focus being the expansion of metropolitan areas and university towns in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Belgium. It is also involved in project development of commercial premises and contract work, mainly in the Greater Stockholm area in Sweden. Its operations are structured into five business segments: JM Residential Stockholm, JM Residential Sweden, JM International, JM Property Development and JM Production. In Sweden the Company operates primarily under the JM brand, as well as under the Seniorgarden and Boratt names.
