information pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for

Kristina Peterson, Non-Executive Director of Invinity, was an Independent
Director of Electriq Power Holdings, Inc. ("Electriq") when Electriq declared
Chapter 7 bankruptcy on 3 May 2024. Liquidation proceedings are currently
ongoing.
