INTERIM DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE

 

On 4 August 2024, International Workplace Group plc ("IWG" or "the Company")
announced an interim dividend of 0.43 US cents per share ("Interim
Dividend").

 

The Interim Dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders in GBP Sterling and
the currency exchange rate is set out below:

shareholders can elect to receive US Dollars is 13 September 2024
