June 12, 2020 - On June 8, 2020, International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT) announced an offer to purchase for cash (the "Tender Offer") up to $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 (the "Notes"). The Tender Offer is made upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the offer to purchase dated June 8, 2020 (the "Offer to Purchase").
The deadline for holders who have tendered Notes to withdraw such Notes is 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 19, 2020. This information supersedes any conflicting information with respect to the Offer to Purchase.
