Notice of AGM and publication of 2024 Annual Report and Accounts

Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital
identities, announces that it has now mailed its 2024 Annual Report &
Accounts.

The Annual Report includes a notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at
12.30pm on 25 September 2024 at the Wycliffe Rooms, George Street,
Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4ED.
