PDMR Dealing

Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has
been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company,
has purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.41 pence per Ordinary Share. Following
the purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 21,905,380 Ordinary
Shares, which represents 18.6% of Insig AI's current total voting rights.
