The Company holds approximately 11 assets. The Company acquires (indirectly) real estate properties via CanCorpEurope, authorized Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) by the CSSF in Luxemburg, and managed by Inovalis S.A. The Company's France portfolio includes Gaia (Nanterre), Arcueil (Arcueil), Metropolitain (Paris), and Delizy (Pantin). Its Spain portfolio includes Delgado (Madrid). The Company's Germany portfolio includes Trio (Neu Isenburg), Bad Homburg (Bad Homburg), Duisburg (Duisburg), Stuttgart (Stuttgart), Neu-Isenburg (Neu Isenburg), and Kosching (Kosching).
