Final Results Update

 

Ingenta plc (AIM: ING), a leading software and services provider to the
publishing and media industries, announces that it intends to announce audited
final results for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY 2023") in May 2024, in
line with the financial reporting calendar in recent years.

 

Underlying trading performance for FY 2023 is expected to be as announced in
the Company's Trading Update released on 31 January 2024. Current trading
continues to be in line with management expectations, with cash flow ahead of
budget and the Company on track to deliver a further year of solid progress.
