Profile Summary
Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. is an integrated agribusiness company. The Company’s activities include research and development, oil palm seed breeding, cultivation of oil palm plantations, production and refining of crude palm oil, cultivation of rubber, sugar cane, cocoa, tea, industrial timber plantations, marketing, and selling these end products. The Company’s segments include Plantations and Edible Oils and Fats. Its Plantations segment engages in the development and maintenance of oil palm, rubber and sugar cane plantations and other business activities relating to palm oil, rubber and sugar cane processing, marketing, and selling. This segment is also involved in the cultivation of cocoa, tea, and industrial timber plantations. Its Edible Oils and Fats segment produces, markets, and sells edible oil, margarine, shortening, and other related products and its derivative products. Its consumer cooking oils are retailed under brands, including Bimoli, Bimoli Spesial, and Delima.
