Profile Summary

InVitro International, Inc. is a customer and technology-driven provider of non-animal testing methods. Its testing technologies are designed to produce data regarding corrosivity, or ocular/dermal irritation, which correlate with animal and human test results. The Company produces and sells in vitro assay kits to detect, rank and predict the potential level of irritancy, toxicity or corrosivity of substances on human eye (ocular) and/or skin tissue (dermal). It sells its products direct to customers, independent partner laboratories, and agents in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. It also sells vitro products, which include Ocular Irritection, which is used to evaluate the potential for ocular irritation; Irritection Dermal, which is used to evaluate the potential for dermal irritation and Corrositex, which is used to determine corrosivity level classifications. It also conducts laboratory testing for those customers who prefer not to conduct their own tests.
