Hunting today announces the following share purchases by an Executive Director
and Executive Committee Members  of the Company:

Committee Members had purchased  Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a
price of 377.78 pence per share from cash received from a dividend
reinvestment plan operating under a nominee account. The purchase took place
