Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited is an India-based techno-financing company. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of financing housing and urban development activities. It is engaged in the business of providing loans/finance for Housing/ Infrastructure projects and all other activities. The housing finance loans are classified into social housing, residential real estate, health center, playgrounds, police stations, courts, jails, crematorium, and retail finance. Its infrastructure facilities include projects in the sectors of water supply, sewerage, drainage, solid waste management, roads, electricity, smart cities, industrial infrastructure, and others in the urban areas. The Company provides consultancy services in the areas of architectural design and development, urban and regional planning, appraisal scrutiny and monitoring of government projects, and environmental engineering projects pertaining to the housing and urban development sector.
