Result of AGM

 

Hill & Smith PLC announces that, at its AGM on held on 23 May 2024, all of
the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 17 April 2024 and
circulated to shareholders, were passed by the members entitled to vote.

Set out below is the result of the votes received, including where proxies
were lodged, and voted in accordance with the instructions given.

 

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.2 of the Listing Rules, copies of the
resolutions dealing with items of special business will be uploaded to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly.
