Hikari Heights-Varus Co Ltd is a Japan-based company engaged in the establishment, operation, and management of fee-based nursing homes and serviced residences for the elderly as its main business. The private-pay nursing home business provides a type of private-pay nursing home where nursing care services, including physical care and daily living assistance, as well as health counseling and rehabilitation recreation, are provided by full-time nursing care staff on a 24-hour basis. The residential fee-based nursing home business provides nursing care services. The residential fee-based nursing home business operates facilities where residents can live with outside nursing care services at their own choice in the event that they need nursing care. The serviced senior housing business provides daily living support services, meal services, and nursing care services. In addition, the Company will also provide day-care services and short-term residential care services.
