Its cosmetics labels includes Australis and Innoxa and tanning and sun protection line Le Tan. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Heritage Brands (Australia) Pty Ltd, Innoxa Group Pty Ltd, Innoxa Holdings Pty Ltd, Innoxa Marks Pty Ltd, Incolabs Pty Ltd and Heritage Le Tan Pty Ltd.
