Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group,
confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December
2023, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy
will be posted to shareholders today and are available on the Company's

The AGM is to be held on 27 June 2024 at 2.00 pm BST at the offices of SP
