Helo Corp. is a technology company, which designs, manufactures and sells wearable devices and other wellness technology products and services to consumers globally. The Company’s BioSense health band, LifeWatch Lite SE and its flagship LifeWatch Generation 2.0, each near field communication (NFC) payment enabled, gather wearer health data to provide personalized wellness insights and recommendations. It has developed and launched a range of smart watches, smart scales and other wellness-related products and services. These products are manufactured by independent third-party manufacturers on an order-by-order basis. It also introduced wellness-focused services and NutraPak easy-melt supplements. It owns NutraMatic, GlucoStrap and Vyvo Network software. The Company sells its products and services through an e-commerce website via the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Helo Health Ltd. Its subsidiaries include Ireland Helo Technology HK Ltd., Helo Smart Ltd. and others.
