Profile Summary
Hellenic Bank PCL is a Cyprus-based banking and financial institution that provides corporate and private banking and financial services. Its products portfolio comprises deposits, credit and debit cards, electronic banking, lending, leasing, insurance, investment services, custodian services, treasury operations, currency exchange, factoring services and interest rates services. The Bank has representative offices located in Saint Petersburg and Moscow, Russia, in Johannesburg, South Africa, and in Kyiv, Ukraine. On March 26, 2013, the Company divested its branch network and operations in Greece to Piraeus Bank SA, a Greece-based financial and banking services group. In June 2014, the Bank sold 100 percent of the share capital of its subsidiary bank in Russia.
