Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

market, is pleased to announce that its Report and Accounts for the year ended
31 December 2023, Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy will be
posted to shareholders later today and copies are available on its website at
www.huwplc.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Friday 28 June
2024 at 9:30 a.m. at City of London Club, 19 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N
1DS.
