Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

 

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to
the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 8 August 2024 Stephen
Craigen (a PDMR) exercised options over 14,820 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of
nil pence per share. The options were granted under the Company's 2021
Deferred Share Bonus Scheme and 6,965 of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant
to the exercise were sold immediately at 580 pence per Ordinary Share to fund
associated tax and NI liabilities.

 

Following this exercise and sale, Mr Craigen's total shareholding is 20,715
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the total issued share capital of the
Group.

 

On 8 August 2024 Stephen Barker (a PDMR) exercised options over 10,889
Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of nil pence per share. The options were
granted under the Company's 2021 Executive Share Option Scheme and 5,118 of
the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise were sold immediately at
580 pence per Ordinary Share to fund associated tax and NI liabilities.

 

Following this exercise and sale, Mr Barker's total shareholding is 26,268
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the total issued share capital of the
Group.

 

Total Voting Rights

The option exercise was satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury.
Following the transfer, 306,692 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the new
total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,832,064. This latter figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
