Changes to the Management Board of JSC Halyk Bank

Following a resolution by the Board of Directors of JSC Halyk Bank
(hereinafter - the 'Bank'), starting from 20 August 2024 Mr. Zhumabek Mamutov
has resigned from the position of Deputy CEO, the member of the Management
Board.

Following his resignation, the number of the Bank's Management Board members
has been decreased to eight people.
