The Company’s activities consist solely of the provision of low cost, 24/7, no contract gyms within the United Kingdom, traded through 233 sites. The Company offers a carbon-neutral chain of gyms. These gyms offer 24/7 opening and flexible, no contract membership. Its gym member application includes the introduction of online workouts and provides a personal training booking service. It provides multi-gym access, fitness tracking, on-demand fitness classes, and refillable Yanga sports water, all available for an added charge. It has approximately 850,000 members. The Company’s subsidiaries include The Gym Group Midco1 Limited, The Gym Group Midco2 Limited, The Gym Group Operations Limited, and The Gym Limited.
