Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Dublin/London, 10 April 2025: Glenveagh Properties plc ("Glenveagh" or the
"Company") a leading Irish homebuilder today announces its Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Report and Accounts"), and
a notice convening the 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), have been
posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at will be held at The
Westbury Hotel, Dublin 2, Ireland on Thursday, 22 May 2025 at 1p.m.

The Report and Accounts (in ESEF-compliant and PDF formats) together with the
notice of AGM are available for inspection on the Company's website:

have also been submitted to Euronext Dublin and the UK National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at the following
