("GBG" or the "Company")

 

PURCHASE OF SHARES

 

GB Group plc (AIM: GBG), has been notified by the Trustee of the GB Group plc
Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') that the EBT has purchased 193,909 ordinary
shares of 2.5p in the Company on 20 June 2024 and 21 June 2024 at an average
price of £3.45 per share.

 

The shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the
benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the
Executive Directors of the Company.

 

Following this transaction, a total of 508,732 shares, representing 0.20% of
the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
