("Gateley" or the "Group")

 

Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

 

Gateley (AIM:GTLY), the professional services group, announces that 163,703
ordinary shares of 10p each in Gateley (the "Ordinary Shares") have been
issued, pursuant to the Group's Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") introduced
in 2018 as a result of vesting conditions being satisfied.

 

Accordingly, application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur
at 8:00 a.m. on 17 June 2024.

 

Total Voting Rights

 

The Company now has a total of 133,279,194 Ordinary Shares in issue with one
voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
