Transaction in Own Shares
Gamma Communications plc announces it has purchased the following number of
its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each through Investec Bank plc.
Ordinary Shares
Date of purchase: 19 June 2024
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 23,571
Lowest price per share (pence): 1,444
Highest price per share (pence): 1,476
Weighted average price per day (pence): 1,465.2979
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 774,393 ordinary shares
held in treasury and 96,725,996 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).

part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 25(th)
March 2024 (the "Programme").
