Result of AGM

Gaming Realms plc announces that Resolutions 1 to 4, 6 and 7 contained in the
Notice of Annual General Meeting, dated 20 May 2024 and previously circulated
to shareholders, were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held on 12(th)
June 2024. Resolutions 1 to 4 were passed on a show of hands and Resolutions
5 to 7 were voted by way of poll.

Resolution 5 related to the disapplication of pre-emption rights and did not
achieve the 75% majority required as a special resolution and so did not pass.
The Board confirms that it will consult and engage with the relevant
shareholders to understand and discuss their views.
